About Me

I have always loved food. I’ve never had a day where I struggled to find something to eat. As I grew older, I began to notice how complex food has become. Food, which is meant to give us life and joy, is often overly processed, blamed for illness or weight gain, and treated as something negative. At first, I felt anger.
But then I started asking myself: instead of staying angry, what can I do? That question led me to look more deeply at my own relationship with food. Food nourishes me and supports my body. I want to approach it with gratitude, not frustration. Since I started thinking this way, I’ve been able to enjoy food even more.
At the same time, I’ve met many people who feel confused about what to eat, or who struggle to enjoy food without worry. I feel fortunate to have a peaceful relationship with food. And because of that, I want to use this privilege to support others—so they can feel more confident, relaxed, and free in their relationship with food.
